Stan started playing drums at the age of five, and by the time he was fifteen, he was already playing in progressive rock bands. Moving to Miami from Bulgaria in 1991, Stan began djing in 1996 at Miami clubs such as The Living Room, Opium, and Prive becoming a pioneer in the South Beach Sound.

As the mastermind behind projects such as Casa Flava, Casa Mecca, The Deep, The Riders, Sonic Vibe, Casa Bulga, and Future Mode, Stan has released his original work on record labels such as Plastic Fantastic, Plastica, Rise, Manana, Tone Control, SFP, Deep Touch, Sosound, Readymix and Dutchie and done remixes for Soma, Atlantic, SFP and Dutchie, to name a few. As one of the highest selling artists on Beatport, Stan's music is hailed by the world's top DJs, producers, and record labels who have licensed Stan's music, including Paul Oakenfold, Hernan Cattaneo, Chus & David Penn, David Morales, Renaissance and Buddha Bar. Stan has also taken his music outside the club scene and record stores of the world to have a track featured on the hit TV series CSI: Miami for the second year in a row. A mainstay among producers and with a devoted underground following, Stan's fans can expect an exciting year in 2007 from the deep progressive house master as he releases his highly anticipated first artist album ‘Emotional Content' on Canada's Ready Mix Records. The album will take Stan on a world tour in the summer of 2007.
